Welcome to Woodland Hills

Just over the hill from iconic Malibu, tucked in the Santa Monica Mountains and flowing out into the San Fernando Valley, is one of the many great places to live in Los Angeles. In fact, I like it so much, I live there!

With a variety of architectural styles from mid-century ranch to ultra modern contemporary, buyers have plenty of homes to choose from – single detached, condominiums and townhouses – in a wide range of prices from the high $200,000’s to the high $3,000,000’s and beyond. Hill and valley locations, pools, views, recording studios and other amenities add to the many possibilities.
