April 2021 Real Estate Market Update for Tarzana

Tarzana single residence March average sale price increased 14% over the previous  month, and the number of sales for all residential properties increased 39%.The number of pending sales fell from 73 at the beginning of March to 67 at the beginning of April. The number of active single residences increased from 18 homes for sale at the beginning of March to 24 at the beginning of April. The number of pending sales for all residences at the beginning of April was 24, compared to 29 at the beginning of March.  The average list price for a Tarzana home is currently 2.601 million, and there is less than a month of inventory for sale.
