What’s new in the Los Angeles real estate market this month? Not enough! At least when it comes to inventory, there aren’t enough new listings, which, of course, isn’t new at all. In LA, the number of homes available for sale at the beginning of December decreased 16% from the beginning of November. 13 of the 14 San Fernando Valley communities I have clients in, registered a month to month decrease in inventory.
