The upswing of June sales dollar volume in Encino was quite dramatic, climbing from $66 million in 2020 to $121 million in 2021. Month to month Encino home sales are reflecting the typical fluctuation we’ve seen. The average sale price of $1.441 million in June reflected a decline from the previous month’s exceptional high of $1.953 million. And interestingly, in Encino the average sale price of single, detached residences rose from $1.962 million in May to $2.04 million in June. Active listings lessened slightly from 90 to 87 and pending sales decreased from 106 to 92, month to month. The average list price for Encino homes is currently $3.1 million.
