Lake Balboa’s sale volume more than doubled, year over year, rising from $11 million in June of last year to $28 million this current June. With the average sale price rising 11% to $855 thousand, the number of sales increased to 33, almost 2.5 times over the previous month. The single residence average sale price rose from $820 thousand to $949 thousand in that same time. And pending sales decreased from 44 to 33, June to June. The number of Lake Balboa active listings did record a minor increase from 7 to 8, while the average list price registered an uptick from $771 thousand to $821 thousand.
