In Sherman Oaks, the dollar sales volume increased exponentially year over year from $86 million to $155 million this June. While the number of June sales rose month to month to 107, compared to 90 in the previous month, the average sale price fell from $1.678 million in May to $1.449 million in June of this year. Pending sales decreased approximately 11% to 127 last month. The number of active listings increased by 1 to 89, and the average list price rose a little over 10% to $1.7 million in a month to month comparison.
