Sales dollar volume demonstrated a large increase in Studio City, year to year, registering at $134 million. Month to month, with a slight increase in the number of sales from 64 to 69, the average sale price of a Studio City home also rose from $1.753 million to $1.946 million in June. The number of homes available for sale declined from 71 to 64, and the number of pending sales also declined from 75 to 57, month to month. The average list price for a home increased to $2.5 million from $2.189 million the previous month.
