Tarzana experienced a nearly double increase in sales dollar volume from $37 million to $66 million between June 2020 and June 2021. Both the number of sales and average sale prices declined between May and June of this year, however, from 64 to 51 and $1.472 million to $1.296 million. Unlike Studio City, the number of Tarzana home sales and pending sales rose slightly from 27 to 30 and 65 to 66 respectively. The average list price of homes for sale in Tarzana now stands at $1.882 million, down from $2.128 million in the previous month.
