Woodland Hills has experienced increases in sales both year to year and month to month. With a substantial increase in dollar volume from $58 million in June of the previous year to $133 million in June of the current year, the number of sales has increased from 100 to 115, May to June of this year. The average sale price in June 2021 was $1.16 million, up 4% from $1.111 million in May. The number of active listings has also moved up from 79 in the previous month to 107 at the beginning of this month, as the number of pending sales have increased as well, from 113 to 128. At the beginning of July, the Woodland Hills average list price had nudged down from $1.412 million to $1.338 million.
