February saw the average sale price of a home in Hidden Hills jump 78% from February of last year. The number of sales doubled from 2 to 4 between the 2nd month of 2020 and 2021, which means with such a small statistical sample, the price increase may not be representative of as dramatic of a change as appears. There are 11 pending sales and 26 homes currently on the market for sale, ranging in price from $3.25 million for a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home to $28.95 million for a 6 bedroom, 11 bathroom estate home.
