Most of the time, the biggest single thing sellers can do to get top dollar – after hiring the best agent for the job – is to stage the home for sale.

Depending on the condition of the home, how up-to-date the furnishings are and if the home is being lived in, staging can run the gamut of adding a few fresh towels to borrowing furniture and all the chatchkes that make a house look like a home. 🖼️

Whether they’re living in the home or not, for many sellers staging creates a challenge, financially and sometimes logistically.
